All goods are sold as perfect.
We are happy to replace or refund and pay return standard carriage (within 28 days) any defective items if returned with proof of purchase when faulty materials or workmanship has caused the problem. However, if the item has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling or after fair wear and tear, The Bag Shop accepts no responsibility whatsoever.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will also refund any new and unused item if returned within 28 days and still with swing tags and original packaging (customer to pay postage costs).
If the luggage is damaged while in transit, it is down to you to take the matter up with the relevant party i.e. Airline, Bus Company, Tour Operator or Insurance Company.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
